Our Crew will perform an in-person feasibility analysis and deliver a free project estimate on the spot. We will also go over our adu construction process, product, and financing options in great detail.
After you choose your floor plan, we will put the permit package together and submit the plans to your local jurisdiction for review. Our Crew members will follow up until the permits are approved.
Once the plans are approved, we will schedule a design meeting so you can customize your ADU. The order is then placed with the factory and our Crew begins the site work.
Our Crew will clear and prepare the building pad for your permanent concrete stem wall foundation as well as trench your utilities (sewer, water, electricity and/or gas)
Once the foundation and utilities are ready to go, our Crew will deliver and install your ADU all in one day. Your ADU will arrive “move-in” ready.
Once installed, the Crew will complete utility hook-ups, flooring, stairs, and fix any imperfections caused by the delivery/installation process.
Last but not least, the Crew will perform all necessary paperwork and inspections to ensure your ADU is converted into real property so you can access all of the benefits of installing an ADU.
